Noisem's Blossoming Decay has so many things going for it. It's aggressive and angry, moreso in many ways than the Mutoid Man. And I'm a big fan of the early Slayer vibe throughout. But it also doesn't give you much to remember once the barrage is over. Bleeder on the other hand is inviting in its anger, memorable, and just pure fun from start to finish. They're both great albums, but Mutoid Man has the better one this time around. We'll hear them again next week when they challenge Between The Buried And Me.
Tomorrow, Irreversible Mechanism go up against Byzantine.
